Paul has been involved in Investment Real Estate as a Broker since 1975. He has sold many properties ranging from 4 families to an exchange of 460 apartment units for the Silvernail Shopping Center. Paul also has experience in remodeling and releasing an older shopping center, as well as developing multi-family, single family sub-divisions, and lakefront condominiums. Paul has sold nursing homes and an assisted living center. His first love though, are apartment communities. "You can always rent them out in just about any market in the shortest time. Bryan began working in the Investment Real Estate Business after graduating with a degree in Business from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater in 2003. Since then, he has brokered millions of dollars worth of real estate including condos, duplexes and many multi-family projects. In 2008 Bryan received the CCIM designation, considered by many as the PHD of Commercial Real Estate. CCIM Designee and Candidate members work in every state and in more than 30 nations worldwide. Domestically, the network encompasses 1,000 markets. Globally, CCIMs comprise the world’s largest commercial real estate brokerage network. This means a CCIM has resources to close a deal or provide a referral across town or around the world.
